Life Is – An inspirational Poem by Mother Teresa

Mother Teresa named Agnes Gonxha Bojaxhiu was an amazing human being who gave her life to others.  She was born in a small village in Albania and became one of the most famous women on earth. This is a  poem with words to live by from a strong and determined woman.

Life Is – Mother Teresa

Life is an opportunity, benefit from it.
Life is beauty, admire it.
Life is a dream, realize it.
Life is a challenge, meet it.
Life is a duty, complete it.
Life is a game, play it.
Life is a promise, fulfill it.
Life is sorrow, overcome it.
Life is a song, sing it.
Life is a struggle, accept it.
Life is a tragedy, confront it.
Life is an adventure, dare it.
Life is luck, make it.
Life is too precious, do not destroy it.
Life is life, fight for it.

    I bought this beautiful Mother Teresa Poem, Life is…at a yard sale, beautifully framed with a tree in the print, I bought it for my daughter-in-law, and I would love to have one for myself. Does anyone know where I might find one?

      Interesting, thank you for that. There can be an awful lot of misinformation out there and I was convinced that this poem was written by Mother Theresa, it’s a lovely poem anyway.
